Insomnia
Since I've been back, my sleep patterns have been off. It's a weird form of jet lag or perhaps just things on my mind. I haven't been able to sleep a full night yet. The previous night I kept waking up every 2 hours and finally gave up around 6 and started my day. Last night, I went to sleep around 130 but woke up at 430. I heard some noises outside and was convinced that someone was on the fire escape and started freaking out that they were going to climb in my open window. Of course, that didn't happen. I finally fell back asleep, but kept having strange dreams until I woke up again at 630. I hope it gets back to normal soon.
