First in, first out

I was the first person in the office this morning. It's a bit intimidating when you get off the elevator since everything is dark. As it was raining this morning, there was no sun outside to provide natural light into the office, so it felt like it was 4 am when I walked in.

I didn't intentionally get into the office so early, but it seems that I haven't been sleeping well lately and have been waking up practically at the crack of dawn. It's a good thing I got in early though. I need to take care of work that I should have done yesterday instead of leaving the office after being here only a couple of hours because I wasn't feeling well. I was incredibly tempted to stay home today as well, but decided that it might be better for me to be occupied. It wouldn't have been a lie to call in saying that I wasn't feeling better.

Anyway, I doubt I'll be the first one out, but it made for a catchier title.
