Countertop Magician it is!

One of my biggest obstacles to cooking is having to cut up ingredients. I'm not a big fan of slicing and dicing as I'm too lazy to get out the knife and cutting board. BUT now that I have a Magic Bullet, I've been inclined to cook more often. Granted I haven't used it that much yet, but it's always in the forefront of my mind. The difficulty is in coming up with ideas of dishes to cook. So far, I've used my new toy to make smoothies, hummus, pesto... and also scrambled eggs. Ok, the scrambled eggs was out of pure laziness and not wanting to whip the eggs. But at least I proved that the MB works for even the smallest of tasks.

Anyway, I've been racking my brain for fun things to cook. So far, I haven't really come up with anything too original. I'd like to try my hand at lasagna since that's always been a favorite and difficult to find a restaurant that does it just right, but it's a large undertaking. And it doesn't really incorporate use of my little miracle worker.

If you have any ideas/suggestions, please pass them along. I'm dying to get more use out of the "Ultimate Party Machine".
