Only in NY...

There was a homeless man moaning and shuffling down Museum Mile with his pants unzipped and totally exposed for all to see. What was strange though was that he managed to keep himself neatly trimmed. Nice to know that the homeless are keeping up with personal grooming underneath their clothing.
