Strange dreams

I've been having very strange dreams lately. Last night's was no exception. I dreamt that I was with my friend, his sister, and his sister's fiance. We were driving somewhere when they got a call from their mother that their father was in the hospital. Apparently he had been exposed to some toxic gas and no one could figure out where it had come from. I remember the fiance was very nervous about the situation as he had recently lost a parent. But my friend was strangely calm about the whole thing and was confident that nothing would happen. I kept thinking that he was in denial.

Anyway, while we were waiting at his parents' house for updates on his dad, there was a news report that someone had been arrested for releasing toxic gas. In my dream, my friend's parents' house was behind a fast food place. The fast food restaurant served chicken sandwiches so they had a huge statue of a chicken out front that was holding up 2 fingers. Apparently the suspect had released poisonous gas from the two fingers of the chicken and my friend's dad had been at home. His brother reasoned that the gas must have come in thru the ventilation system.

Anyway, I don't remember the rest of the dream except that I felt bad because I wasn't going to be able to be there for my friend during this time. We were going our separate ways. That's where the dream ended.
