Another successful season...
where I didn't kill anyone installing/removing my AC unit from the window.
The weather has finally started changing. The past few days have unexpectedly turned quite cold. I'm not sure that I'm ready for it. I was enjoying the 70-80 degree weather that we were having, but then again, who wouldn't. It's just going to get colder and colder from here.
With the AC unit in the window, there's a slight draft coming into the apartment so I decided it was time to finally take the unit out. Every year I'm a bit apprehensive about both the installation and removal of my AC unit from the window. I always imagine it slipping out of my hands and falling on an unsuspecting walker below. Then I imagine what life in jail would be like. But, thankfully, for the fourth year in a row, I have avoided becoming someone's jail b$@tch.
