Disappointing seasons

This past season for sports was an extremely disappointing one on all fronts. My touch football team lost in the first round of playoffs and my dodgeball team lost in the finals. The football game was a bad loss as we had many factors going for us and we should have won the game but there were just too many errors and incredibly poor defense in the beginning of the game. The dodgeball loss was disappointing as we were going into the finals ranked #1 for the regular season. We had even secured a first round bye in the playoffs so our team should have been fresh going into the final games. However, the entire team was playing poorly that night. Sadly, we only won one game out of four.

As for college football, the Longhorns had an extremely upsetting defeat at Kansas State. It hurts just typing out this post. We had such high hopes. It's very unfortunate that Colt was injured in the first drive, but you have to give Snead a little bit of credit. He definitely didn't play up to the hype that I had heard about him, but it was his first time on the field, he was away from home, and it was a high pressure game. KS wanted badly to take us out of Rose Bowl contention and Snead kept the game fairly close, but KS pulled it out in the end. We have A&M left before (hopefully) the Big 12 Championship against Nebraska.

UPDATE: This year has been completely shot as Indy just lost it's undefeated record to the team I dislike the most - the Dallas Cowboys. This was totally unexpected and I couldn't be more disappointed...
