Team player

We had our touch football game this past Saturday and it was a nailbiter to the end. We were able to match them touchdown for touchdown. We lost it in the final seconds but I'm happy to report that I was able to provide the touchdown that put us up in the lead in the final minute. Unfortunately, we weren't able to hold on to that lead as the other team's quarterback threw up a long pass that wasn't defended by our side.

On the dodgeball front, I didn't get any "kills" as the guys refer to them. BUT I was able to block the other team's throw with the side of my face which slowed down the momentum of the ball so that another player on our team was able to catch the ball for an out. Go me! I gotta say, the side of my face was numb for a good few minutes. I imagine it was probably red for a while too, but I was really happy when I finally got feeling back.
